WHY NATIVE PLANTS ?

Audubon is committed to improving the sustainability of our urban, suburban and rural places. By simply choosing native plants for our yards and public spaces, we can restore vital habitat for birds and help them adapt and survive to an ever changing world. Audubon’s Plants for Birds program is designed to enable anyone to have a positive conservation impact!

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Step 1: Browse our selection of native plants online and add to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Consider purchasing a plant we'll donate to a good cause (details in the Plant Donation section).

Step 3: When checking out, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred pickup location/date and time. Curbside pickup will be Friday, April 8 at Faubourg Brewery in New Orleans, and Saturday, April 9 at Main Library in Baton Rouge. Within minutes, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Step 4: When you arrive at your pick-up location on the date and time that you chose, you'll see us in the parking lot with your order ready to be loaded into your vehicle. That’s it!
